CSV import

In this guide you import customers from a CSV file: the template, a preview before the import and confirmation. You import products the same way.

1. Template and file

1. In the menu, click Customers.
2. Click Import CSV at the top right.
3. First download the template. Fill it in in Excel and save it as CSV.
4. Then choose the completed CSV file.

2. Preview

1. Click Preview. Nothing is imported yet, first you see the rows.
2. The preview shows how many rows are ready, duplicates and errors.

3. Import

1. Click Import to confirm. Duplicates are skipped.
2. The new customers are on the list.
3. You import products the same way, with Import CSV in Products and services.
4. Done. You import customers and products from a CSV in a few clicks.
