Sending an estimate and customer preview

In this guide, you send the quote to your customer and see it the way your customer does.

1. Sending the quote

You can send the quote by email, WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram.

1. Open the list of estimates.
2. Click Actions next to the estimate.
3. Click Send.
4. You can send the estimate by email, WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram.
5. The customer's email is already filled in. Add to the message if you like.
6. Click Send.
7. The estimate has been sent. Click OK.

2. Viewing as the customer

1. To see the estimate through the customer's eyes, click Preview as a customer.
2. This is how the customer sees your estimate.
