E-invoice (XML)

With e-invoicing turned on, you can download any invoice in XML format. In this guide, you see where that option is.

Before you start

• E-invoicing turned on and a primary bank account (guide Bank accounts and e-invoice).

1. Turning on e-invoicing

1. Turn on e-invoicing if you and your customers want to download invoices in XML format.

2. XML from the invoice list

1. Open the invoice list and click More next to an invoice.
2. Here you download invoices in XML format.

3. XML from the invoice view

1. Preview opens the invoice in the app.
2. Click More Actions.
3. Here you download invoices in XML format.
4. Done.

Summary
