Schedule plan
Updated 04.11.2026
In this guide you create a schedule for a project: the phases of the work by date, with status, milestones, the responsible worker and the order of phases.
1. List of schedules
- In the menu, click Calendar.
- Click Schedule.
- A schedule plan lays out the phases of the work by date, e.g. for one project. All plans are here.
- At the top you filter by project, search by name and choose cards or table. Below are plans in progress, planned, late and completed.
2. New schedule
- Click + New plan.
- Enter the plan name.
- Choose the project. A plan can also exist without a project, and one project can have several plans.
- There is also Create from template. In this example we add the phases manually.
- Click Create plan.
- The plan is created.
- At the top are status, progress, start, end, number of phases and working days. The plan has no phases yet.
3. First phase
- Click + Phase.
- Enter the phase name.
- Choose the start and the end. Working days are calculated automatically. You can split a phase into several periods.
- The status is Planned. When the work starts, choose In progress.
- Milestone marks an important date, e.g. handover to the client.
- Click Show more options and choose the responsible worker.
- Click Save.
4. Second phase and view
- Add a second phase the same way. Under Previous phases choose the phase that must be finished before it.
- The phases are on the timeline. Day, Week and Month change the view, and PDF creates the plan for printing or sending.
- Done. The plan is on the Schedule list and linked to the project.
