Work planner

Updated 04.11.2026

In this guide you schedule worker appointments in the Work Planner: a new appointment with date, time, worker, customer and project, plus syncing with Google, Outlook or Apple calendar.

1. Work Planner

  1. In the menu, click Calendar.
  2. Click Work planner.
  3. Here you schedule your workers' appointments. On the left are Day, Week and Month, weekend, filters and Live. On the right are Absences, Resources, Sync, Copy week, PDF and + New event.
  4. The yellow bar means the company working hours are not set. Without them the planner cannot tell what overtime is. You enter them via Enter working hours →.
  5. Click Week.

2. New appointment

  1. Click + New event at the top right of the calendar.
  2. Enter the appointment title.
  3. The note is optional, e.g. what needs to be prepared.
  4. Choose the date.
  5. Choose the start time.
  6. Choose the end time.
  7. For a whole day or several days, tick All day or Multi-day.
  8. Choose the worker.
  9. For a single appointment, leave repeat on Does not repeat.

3. Customer, project and extra options

  1. Click Show more options.
  2. Choose the customer.
  3. Choose the project.
  4. Below are also colour, site address, document, attachment and notifying workers. Fill them in if needed.
  5. Click Save.
  6. The appointment is on the schedule. You can move it, duplicate it or open it again.

4. Sync

  1. Click Sync.
  2. Done. Paste the link into Google, Outlook or Apple calendar and the schedule updates by itself.

Summary

Calendar → Work Planner → + New Appointment → date, time, worker → customer and project → Save → Sync
